Access via public transport: Five bus services run through London Colney, the 84 and 602 are fairly frequent and run 7 days a week to St Albans. The 659 and the 658 also each provide an hourly service (Monday to Saturday) to St Albans, while the 632 goes directly to Hatfield but only Monday to Friday. The 602 also travels onto Hatfield after going through St Albans. If your travelling south the 658 goes to Borehamwood, 632 and the 602 go to Watford while the 84 goes to Barnet. The 602, 632, 659 and 658 timetables can be downloaded from the links below. London Transport don't supply timetables for their buses so you will have to go to their interactive web site, navigate your way to the 84 bus route and enter your destination to get times of the 84 bus. I rang to complain that they didn't supply a timetable anymore and TfL claimed that in the "internet world customers prefered this form of information" - I doubt it. More intricate bus routes and journeys can be planned with the help of the traveline website. |
